I am so impatient. I wonder if this is a personality trait or if just a sign of immaturity. At iYogaLife.com it says, "'Remind yourself while you're getting impatient that there's nothing you can do to quicken the process — just staying in the process is what you need to do.'" There are boring parts to everyday activities, but they are still part of the activity and deserve consideration.

On tax day people were protesting all over the country. What were they protesting about? The war. . . no. Human rights atrocities committed by our government. . . no. Taxes. . . yes! They are claiming to be taxed without representation! Does that sound ridiculous to anyone else? A bunch of middle aged people don't like the tax increase! Boohooo! Aren't there more important things to worry about? How greedy can you be?

I think my Oktomat is broken. I tried to take some pictures the other day and it sounded like some of the lenses weren't working! At least the camera still looks cool. Maybe I'll do another painting of it. . .

The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant (1972)

I rarely can't watch an entire movie. Even if the movie is really terrible I can usually sit through it. I tried to watch this movie yesterday and was only able to watch an hour. During this hour there were only two scenes! Both took place in the bedroom/workshop in the picture. I felt like I was watching a bad play. Over dramatic acting and really long monologues!
